Please return items in the condition you received them:
⢠Clean, dry, and ready for the next rental
⢠Items returned wet, excessively dirty, or damaged may incur fair cleaning or repair charges
⢠Lost or stolen items will be billed at MSRP replacement cost plus shipping/handling, charged to your original payment method
Refer to your Invoice for the replacement value of each item.
š Cancellations
We understand that plans change! Here's our cancellation policy:
⢠Cancel 7 or more days before rental = Full refund to original payment
⢠Cancel within 7 days = Store credit (must be used in same calendar year)
⢠Cancel day of rental = No refund or credit
⢠Weather-related or emergency cancellations may be eligible for a store credit ā please contact us directly

We currently deliver within 4 hours of Hurricane, WV.
Drop Off and Pick Up Times will be discussed and confirmed when placing your Order.
Alternate arrangements available upon request.
All Delivery Rates include both Drop off and Pick up.
Sales Tax Disclosure
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your invoice at checkout based on local and state tax laws. If you are a tax-exempt organization, please submit your exemption certificate prior to booking.
Photo ID Requirement Policy
