💰 Multi-Day Discounts:

The longer you rent, the more you save!
• Discounts start on the third rental day
• Most customers book for 2–5 days
• We’ll automatically apply all eligible discounts when quoting your reservation

🔐 Deposits & Payments:

• A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your rental
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before your scheduled delivery
• Rentals booked within 7 days of the event require full payment at time of booking

🧼 Cleaning, Repairs & Replacements

Please return items in the condition you received them:

• Clean, dry, and ready for the next rental
• Items returned wet, excessively dirty, or damaged may incur fair cleaning or repair charges
• Lost or stolen items will be billed at MSRP replacement cost plus shipping/handling, charged to your original payment method

Refer to your Invoice for the replacement value of each item.

🔄 Cancellations

We understand that plans change! Here's our cancellation policy:
• Cancel 7 or more days before rental = Full refund to original payment
• Cancel within 7 days = Store credit (must be used in same calendar year)
• Cancel day of rental = No refund or credit
• Weather-related or emergency cancellations may be eligible for a store credit — please contact us directly

Sales Tax Disclosure

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your invoice at checkout based on local and state tax laws. If you are a tax-exempt organization, please submit your exemption certificate prior to booking.
