We’re a family-run business focused on bringing people together through fun, affordable activity rentals. When you use our website or rent from us, you agree to our terms and policies.

2. ✅ Booking & Usage
• You must be at least 18 years old to rent.
• You agree to use our items responsibly and only for their intended purpose.
• No illegal or unsafe activity is allowed using our products.

3. 💳 Payments
• 50% deposit is required to hold your rental.
• Full payment is due 7 days before your event.
• We accept Visa and Mastercard only.

4. 🚚 Delivery & Pickup
• Delivery and pickup times will be confirmed at booking.
• Our delivery radius is 4 hours from Hurricane, WV.
• Alternate arrangements may be available upon request.

5. 📅 Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancel 7+ days before your event = full refund.
• Cancel within 7 days = store credit (valid same calendar year).
• No refund or credit for day-of cancellations.

6. 🧼 Return Condition
• Return items clean and dry.
• Extra charges may apply for excessive dirt, damage, or missing parts.

7. 🧾 Accuracy of Info
We do our best to keep our website updated, but we’re human! Pricing and product info may change.

You may not:
• Use rentals for illegal or dangerous activities.
• Violate copyright or post harmful content on our site.
